We designed a new lighting scheme with the support of OVIA Lighting (Scolmore Group) that met the requirements of the client. We then installed the new scheme to this design and test and commissioned it upon completion.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Car Park Lighting Scheme

Work with self-appointed lighting design engineers to complete surveys and scope of works.
Issue full car park design and proposed drawings with costs and programme of works.
Provide Risk assessment & Method Statement to accurately reflect the works required.
To strip out existing lighting, lighting distribution system and redundant containment.
Install new lighting as per specialist lighting design to meet CIBSE recommendation for covered car parks
Ventol Building Services designed a distribution system to suit lighting design including proposed layout drawings.
Lighting designs include self-test standalone emergency lighting to meet BS5266
Emergency maintained Box Exit signage included to Fire Exit doorways within the car park area
New metered distribution boards installed within existing car park switch room
Testing and commissioning completed to meet BS7671 & BS5266 and certification issued
12 months warranty on the complete carpark lighting system
