“The client received a high level of quality and service on this project which required Ventol to remove the existing pump set and install a new one in its place. We connected, primed and powered up the pump set and set the pressure to match the existing on site. The client requested for us to remove the old pump set for safe disposal and clear all waste from site. This was then tested and commissioned upon completion.”

SCOPE OF WORKS

Water Pump Repair & Replace

Electrically isolated and locked off the cold-water tank booster pump set to allow all disconnections. All discharge pipework disconnected and the vertical discharge exposed.
Attendance with a specialist vacuum tanker, pump team to remove all waste from the pit, the tanker will vacuum all the waste and we can ensure it is fully sanitised.
Cables were removed and isolated, and pump bodies successfully removed from base with seals broken. All cabling replaced with associated floats, high level sensors and associated ancillaries.
The pump unit stand was fully dismantled, removed from site and disposed of accordingly.
Installation of 2no single phase pumps within the pit connected to a new bespoke control panel.
Compressively survey the pipework with CCTV surveillance to ensure it is free of debris and intact.
Fully commission and reinstate all services effaced and issued O & M completion documents.
